تتتبـع الدراسـة مراحـل انتقـال الدبلوماسـية مـن الأشكال التقليدية إلـى الرقمية في
ظـل عصـر رقمـي وكـون افتراضي شـبكي ضمـن مقاربـات لنمـاذج الاتصال وإسـقاطها
ُ على الدبلوماسـية الرقميـة. وتبرز الدراسـة أيضـا تأثيـرات فيسـبوك وتويتـر على بنـى
وهيـاكل العلاقات الدوليـة، وتكشـف خصوصيـة توظيـف هـذا النـوع من الدبلوماسـية
الجديــدة وتحدياتــه، وحيــرة الاختيار بيــن إكراهــات أجهــزة "الآيباد" والمألوف مــن
أوراق الاعتماد.
Abstract
This study aims to follow the transition of diplomacy from traditional forms
to digital in a digital age, in a complex virtual universe within approaches of
communication models, and its projection to digital diplomacy.The effects
of Facebook and Twitter on the structures of international relations. The
conclusion includes the advantages and challenges of employing this kind of
new diplomacy, and the confusing choice between iPads or letter of credence.
