Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the possibility of possessing Libyan psychologists who those working at the elementary, preparatory and secondary schools the knowledge, ability and skill for to use psychological tests. The sample was 120 psychologists ( 60 ) from El- Baida city and (60) from Benghazi city. The resulted showed in a complete a lack of possibility for them to use the psychological tests.
