هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز الشمول المالي في ظل جائحة كورونا، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإجابة على إشكاليتها التي تتمحور أساسا حول الدور الذي تلعبه التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز وتعميم الشمول المالي في ظل جائحة كورونا والتحديات التي تواجهها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن التكنولوجيا المالية ساهمت في تعزيز الشمول المالي في ظل جائحة كورونا التي أدت إلى زيادة الطلب بشكل غير مسبوق على الخدمات المالية الرقمية في العالم نتيجة التباعد الاجتماعي والإجراءات الاحترازية التي أثرت على الأنشطة الاقتصادية، وتوصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى أن تعزيز الشمول المالي بوجود الخدمات المالية الرقمية يساهم إيجابيا في نشرها، حيث تعد الخدمات المالية الرقمية كأنظمة الدفع والتحويل المالي عنصر أساسيا للبنى التحتية المالية.
Abstract
The following study aims to highlight the role of financial technology in promoting financial inclusion in light of the Coronavirus pandemic. The descriptive and analytical approach has been relied upon to answer its problematic, which mainly revolves around the role that financial technology plays in promoting and mainstreaming financial inclusion in light of the Coronavirus pandemic and the challenges it faces. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that fintech contributed to enhancing financial inclusion in light of the Coronavirus pandemic, which led to an unprecedented increase in demand for digital financial services in the world as a result of social distancing and precautionary measures that affected economic activities. Furthermore, the study also found that enhancing financial inclusion in the presence of digital financial services contributes positively to its dissemination, as digital financial services such as payment systems and financial transfer are an essential component of the financial infrastructure.
