Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة وتحليل أحد أهم مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة بالمغرب العربي، وهو المؤشر الثامن العمل اللائق ونمو الاقتصاد، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة باعتباره الأنسب للإجابة على إشكاليتها التي تتمحور حول معرفة واقع دول المغرب العربي ضمن المؤشر الثامن للتنمية المستدامة بالمنطقة العربية 2019 والتحديات التي تواجهها في سبيل تحقيق نمو اقتصادي مستدام وتوفير عمل لائق للجميع. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تحديات ملموسة وكبيرة تواجه دول المغرب العربي في سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف من التنمية، الذي بدوره سنعكس بالإيجاب - في حال الرفع من أدائه - على مستوى الأهداف الإجمالية للتنمية المستدامة بدول المغرب العربي.
Abstract
The following study aims to identify and analyze one of the most important indicators of sustainable development in the Maghreb, which is the eighth indicator: decent work and economic growth. In this the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted as the most appropriate to answer its problematic. The latter focuses on identifying the reality of the Maghreb countries in the light of the eighth indicator of sustainable development in the Arab region 2019 and the challenges they face in order to achieve sustainable economic growth and provide decent work for everyone. The study concluded that there are tangible and significant challenges facing the countries of the Maghreb in order to achieve this goal of development, which in turn will be reflected positively, if its performance is increased, at the level of the overall goals of sustainable development in the Maghreb countries.
