تسعى الدراسة إلى تحليل ودراسة المؤشرات السكانية ومؤشرات سوق العمل المحلي في قطاع غزة للتعرف على التحديات والمعيقات التي تواجه الشباب في الحصول على فرص عمل، ومتابعة تطور المشاريع المتناهية الصغر في قطاع غزة وتحديد الأنشطة الاقتصادية التي تعمل فيها هذه المشاريع، والتعرف على أسباب فشل المشاريع المتناهية الصغر وبحث إمكانية تحويل هذه الأسباب إلى فرص نجاح، من خلال تقديم تصور وخارطة طريق من خمسة مراحل لتعزيز فرص نجاح المشاريع المتناهية الصغر والمشاريع الريادية الناشئة والأنشطة الاقتصادية القائمة وتشجيع الشباب للتوجه نحو إنشاء مشاريع جديدة تتلائم مع متطلبات واحتياجات سوق العمل والإمكانيات المتاحة.
Abstract
The study seeks to analyze and study population indicators and local labor market indicators in the Gaza Strip to identify the challenges and obstacles facing young people in obtaining job opportunities, follow up the development of micro-enterprises in the Gaza Strip, identify the economic activities in which these projects operate, and identify the reasons for the failure of micro-projects. It explores the possibility of turning these reasons into success opportunities, by presenting a five-stage vision and road map to enhance the chances of success of micro-enterprises, emerging entrepreneurial projects and existing economic activities, and encouraging young people to move towards creating new projects that are compatible with the requirements and needs of the labor market and the available capabilities.
