الحكومات لاستخدمها في التواصل مع مواطنيها، فتزايدت أعداد الحسابات الرسمية للوزارات والقادة السياسين والسفراء الذين جعلوا من حساباتهم على تويتر فضاءات للممارسة الديبلوماسية، فظهرت التويبلوماسية التي تعني الممارسة الديبلوماسية على تويتر. يعد الرئيس "ترامب" الأكثر متابعة في العالم على تويتر، والاكثر جدلا بسبب تغريداته القصيرة التي تشغل الاهتمام الدولي، وتربك السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية، وهي مادفعنا في هذه الدراسة لكشف تأثير التويبلوماسية على السياسة الخارجية الأمركية، وكيفية توظيف "ترامب" لها.
Abstract
Abstract: The daily presence of billions of people on social networks has led governments to use them to communicate with their citizens, so the number of official accounts of ministries, political leaders and ambassadors has increased, making their Twitter accounts spaces for diplomatic practices, So twiplomacy is appeared, Which means diplomatic practices on Twitter.. President Trump is the most-followed on Twitter. And more controversial because of his short tweets that occupy international attention, and confuse American foreign policy, which is what motivated us in this study to reveal the impact of diplomacy on American foreign policy, and how Trump is employed by it.
