وتوظيف المعلومات أصبحت أحد محددات النجاح لأي منظمة، كما أن التقدم العلمي والتقني والمطالبة المستمرة برفع جودة
المخرجات وضمان سلامة العمليات، كلها من الأمور التي دعت إلى التطور الإداري نحو الإدارة الإلكترونية، الأمر الذي حتم على
الجزائر مواكبة هذه التطورات من خلال العمل على عصرنة الإدارة والمنظمات وسنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة واقع
تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر وتوضيح المعيقات التي تحول دون تطبيقها في أرض الواقع.
Abstract
The transition to electronic management is not a luxury path, but rather an inevitability imposed by global changes, so the idea of integration, participation and employment of information has become one of the determinants of success for any organization, In addition, scientific and technical progress and the continuous demand to raise the quality of outputs and ensure the safety of operations are all of the matters that called for administrative development towards electronic management. This necessitated Algeria to keep abreast of these developments by working on modernizing administration and organizations. Through this study, we will try to know the reality of applying electronic management in Algeria and clarify the obstacles that prevent their application in reality.
