البطالة مشكلة ذات أبعاد اقتصادية واجتماعية وسياسية وهي تعبر بوضوح عن عجز في البنى الاقتصادية، وعن
خلل في عمل الاقتصاد الوطني وتعد من أهم مظاهر عدم الاستخدام الفعال للموارد البشرية وهدر لطاقات
جزء من ذوي النشاط الاقتصادي القادرين على العمل والراغبين فيه والباحثين عنه دون جدو ى وفي ظل هذا
اتخذت الحكومة الجزائرية آليات وسياسات للحد من البطالة ووضع استراتيجيات تشغيلية وبرامج لإنعاش
الاقتصاد الوطني لدعم التش غيل وامتصاص البطالة،بالإضافة إلى ذلك عملت الحكومة على تسهيل إجراءات
التمويل للنشاطات التجارية والصناعية، والمعتمدة من طرف الشباب ، وذلك للتمكين من نجاح هذه
السياسات .
Abstract
Unemployment problem of economic social and political dimensios which clearly reflect a deficit in economic structures , and the defect in the work of the national economy, and is considered one of the most important manifestations of the lack of effective use of human resources and a waste of energies is part of the economically active who are able to work wishing the researchers with him to no avail, in this context, the Algerian government has taken mechanisms and policies to reduce unemployment developing operatioal strategies and programs to revive the national economy to support employment and absorption of unemployment, in addition the government worked to facilitata the procedures of financing for the industrial and commercial activities which is approved by the young people, and so to enable the success of this policies.
