هدف هذا البحث إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج تدريبي للمربيات في تنمية بعض المهارات الحياتية لدى الأطفال الذاتويين وخفض سلوكياتهم المضطربة، واستخدم البحث المنهج التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من مجموعتين، المجموعة الأولى تكونت من (14) مربية، والمجموعة الثانية تكونت من (14) طفلاً ذاتوياً، وتم تقسيم كل مجموعة إلى مجموعتين متكافئتين بالتساوي (تجريبية- ضابطة)، واستخدم البحث الأدوات التالية: البرنامج التدريبي، ومقياس المهارات الحياتية، ومقياس الاضطرابات السلوكية، ومقياس الكفاءة المهنية، وتوصل البحث إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية الكفاءة المهنية لدى مربيات الأطفال الذاتويين، كما عمل البرنامج التدريبي على تنمية بعض المهارات الحياتية وخفض حدة الاضطرابات السلوكية لدى الأطفال الذاتويين.
Abstract
This research aimed at measuring the effectiveness of a training program for tutors on developing some life skills for autistic children and reducing their behavioral disorders. The researcher used the experimental method. The research sample consisted of two groups. The first group was made up of 14 Tutors, and the second group consisted of 14 autistic children. Each group was divided into two homogenous groups (experimental- control). The researcher used the following tools: a training program, Life Skills Rating Scale, Behavioral Disorders Rating Scale and Professional Competence Scale. The results proved effectiveness of the training program to develop the professional competence among tutors. In addition, the training program developed some life skills and reduced behavioral disorders in autistic children.
