تدريب التدريب المدربين TOTيهدف لتأهيل المشاركين تأهيلاً تدريبًا مؤهلاً للعمل والتدريب عليها ، وتدريبهم على التدريب المهني في مجالات العمل ، ويتناول هذا البرنامج التدريبي ست وحدات تدريبية :1-مدخل الى فن التدريب2-مهارا ت المدرب الناجح3-فن الاتصال والتواصل4-دورة حياة التدريب5-مهارات العرض والتقديم 6-الحقيبة التدريبية تدريب المدربين TOT تهدف الى إعداد المدربين والمُحاضرين باحتراف، وتهدف الى تدريبهم على اعداد الحقائب التدريبية وتنمية مهارات الإلقاء والتدريس والتدريب بحيث يتحولوا في نهاية البرنامج الى مُحاضرين ومدربين محترفين
