يلتفت هذا المقال إلى أخذ الأجرة على الرضاع باعتباره وسيلة محصلة لثبات واستقرار الأسرة، من خلال التعرض إلى موقف الفقه الإسلامي منه، وعلاقته بمقاصد الشريعة، مع محاولة تنزيل حكمه على أرض الواقع من خلال الإجابة على مجموعة من التساؤلات التي تمكن من التوصل إلى نتائج البحث.

Abstract
The present article deals with getting a wage from suckling as a distinct means in family stability and how Islamic Law dealt with it and its relation with the objectives of Islamic jurisprudence, trying to apply it in real life on the basis of a couple of questions that will lead to concrete results relative to the present research.
