هدفت الدراسة الحالية وضع تصور مقترح لتطبيق التسريع الأكاديمي في مصر من خلال الاستفادة من الأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة وبعض التجارب التعليمية الرائدة في تطبيق التسريع الأكاديمي : العراق و المملكة العربية السعودية و الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تناول الوضع الراهن لاكتشاف الموهوبين والفائقين في مصر والاهتمام بتعليمهم ، والبرامج المستخدمة حاليًا في تعليم الموهوبين، وأهم مواطن القصور التي تحول دون التطبيق الفعال لبرامج التسريع الأكاديمي بمصر. توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من المقترحات التي قد تعزز تطبيق التصور المقترح للدراسة الحالية من أهمها: بناءاستراتيجية محددة وواضحة يشارك في صياغتها كافة الجهات المعنية بتطبيق التسريع الأكاديمي، مع قيام كل جهة بتحديد مهامها و أدوارها والفترة الزمنية اللازمة لأداء كل مهمة، وتقليل الاعتماد الكلي علي التمويل الحكومي ، والتحول ناحية المصادر التمويلية المجتمعية والمحلية والذاتية للمدرسة مثل دعوة المؤسسات التعليمية الداعمة لتطبيق التسريع الأكاديمي بالدول العربية كالسعودية أو الدول الأجنبية كالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لتقديم مساعدات مالية للمدارس علي هيئة قروض أو منح أو بعثات للموهوبين أو المعلمين .
Abstract
The current study aimed to develop a proposed Perspective for the application of academic acceleration in Egypt by taking advantage of contemporary educational literature and some leading educational practices in the application of academic acceleration such as Iraq, Saudi Arabia and the United States of America. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The study dealt with the current situation and the mechanisms of discovering talented students in Egypt paying attention to their education and the current programs used for teaching and educating them, and the most important shortcomings that prevent the application and effective employment of academic acceleration programs in Egypt. The study reached a set of proposals that enhance the proposed Perspective of the current study, the most important of which are: the formulation of a specific and clear strategy in which all parties concerned with the application of academic acceleration participate, with each party specifying its tasks, roles and the time period necessary to perform each task, reducing the total dependence on government funding and shifting towards community, local and self-financing sources of the school to implement academic acceleration in schools, such as inviting educational institutions supporting the application of academic acceleration in Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia or foreign countries such as the United States of America to provide financial assistance to schools in the form of loans, grants or missions for talented people or teachers.
