هذه دراسة تبرز العلاقة بين الخطاب الدعوي والفقه المقاصدي من خلال أمثلة عملية من السنة النبوية، فالحديث عن هذه العلاقة حديث عن المنهج الدعوي الأنسب لكل فترة زمنية، ولكل مكان وبقعة جغرافية، ذلك أن المقاصد روح هذه الشريعة، وقلبها النابض، والمعايير التي يقاس عليها صلاح الأعمال وفسادها، وكذا سداد المناهج وانحرافها، وسلامة الخطاب الدعوي من خطأه، وقوته من ضعفه، والتي تمكن من التعامل بسلامة تحليلية وسلوكية مع المواقف والآراء والاتجاهات، كما يقتضي الحديث عن علاقة الخطاب الدعوي بالفقه المقاصدي؛ الحديث عن المفهوم والأنواع والضوابط، ثم الحديث عن المنهج الوسطي لفهم نصوص السنة ومدى حاجة الدعاة إليه، ثم إظهار العلاقة التي تجمع بين الخطاب وحسن المقصد تأثيرا وتأثرا من خلال السنة النبوية نموذجاً عملياً. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج وتوصيات.
Abstract
This is a study that highlights the relationship between advocacy discourse and maqasid jurisprudence through practical examples from the Sunnah. Talking about this relationship is a conversation about the advocacy approach that is most appropriate for each period of time And for every geographical location and spot, the objectives are the spirit of this Sharia, its beating heart, and the criteria against which the righteousness and corruption of actions are measured, as well as the payment and deviation of the curricula, the integrity of the advocacy discourse from its error, and its strength from its weakness, which enables it to deal with analytical and behavioral integrity with attitudes, opinions and trends. It requires talking about the relationship of the advocacy discourse with the maqasid jurisprudence. Talking about the concept, types and regulations, then talking about the moderation approach to understanding the texts of the Sunnah and the extent of the preachers ’need for it, then showing the relationship that combines the discourse with good intent as a practical model. The study concluded with results and recommendations.
