شهدت ليبيا تحديات أمنية قبل وبعد ثورة فبراير 2011/ نجم عنها تحولات على كافة الأصعدة سياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية ومن هنا تتركز إشكالية الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيس المتمثل في: ما أهم التحديات الأمنية على ثورة فبراير الليبية على المستويين الداخلي والخارجي. حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى: التعرف على التحديات الأمنية على المستوى الداخلي قبل وبعد ثورة فبراير الليبية، وكذلك توضيح أهم التحديات الأمنية على المستوى الخارجي قبل وبعد ثورة فبراير الليبية، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي، والمنهج التحليلي النقدي، وذلك لفهم ودراسة أهم التحديات الأمنية على ثورة فبراير الليبية على المستويين الداخلي والخارجي، ووصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج المتمثلة في: أن مفهوم الأمن الوطني لليبيا ارتكز في عهد النظام السابق، على ما يمكن أن نسميه أمن النظام، الذي يرتكز عل المحافظة على النظام السياسي، وسبل تعزيزه وتقويته، وهناك العديد من المظاهر التي قد تؤكد سيادة هذا المفهوم كأحد أقوى مفاهيم الأمن السائدة في ليبيا.
Abstract
Libya witnessed security challenges before and after the February 2011 revolution, which resulted in transformations at all political, economic and social levels. Hence, the problem of the study is focused on the main question: What are the most important security challenges to the Libyan February Revolution at the internal and external levels? The study aims to: identify the security challenges at the internal level before and after the Libyan February Revolution, as well as clarify the most important security challenges at the external level before and after the Libyan February Revolution. The study followed the descriptive inductive approach and the critical analytical approach, in order to understand and study the most important security challenges over the Libyan Revolution. February Libya at the internal and external levels, and the study reached the most important results represented in: that the concept of national security for Libya was based, during the era of the previous regime, on what we can call regime security, which is based on maintaining the political system, and ways to enhance and strengthen it, and there are many aspects Which may confirm the supremacy of this concept as one of the strongest prevailing security concepts in Libya
