يعتبر التعليم المحرك الأساسي لنهضة أي أمة ومجتمع، في عالم يواجه مستويات غير مقبولة من اللامساواة، حيــث أن التعلــيم هــو المــدخل الحقيقــي لــدخول عــصر الإنتــاج كثيــف المعرفــة، وامــتلاك رؤيــة إســـتراتيجية لبنـــاء إنـــسان جديـــد ومتجـــدد، وقـــادر علـــى التواصـــل مـــع ايجابيـــات العولمـــة، وثورة الإنترنت.
توصلت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى عدة نتائج منها، أن التعلم يتطلب طرق بيداغوجية حديثة، ونظام تقويم مرن ومحفز، وتدقيق شروط ولوج المهنة حيث تعد مهنة التعليم من أرقى المهن و أعلاها شأنا لما توليه الدول والمجتمع لها من أهمية، فلا غرابة من تشديد إجراءات انتقاء المدرسين والإلحاح على ضرورة التوفر على مجموعة من الشروط والمواصفات، وفي مقدمتها الإلمام بعوالم الطفل النفسية وحب المهنة .وأيضا، التكوين لا بد أن يستجيب لحاجيات المدرسين من خلال إنجاز تداريب في مدارس تطبيقية خاصة، ومشاركة المدرسون في دورات تأهيلية منتظمة للتكوين المستمر قصد تجديد مؤهلاتهم و تطوير قدراتهم المهنية، وضـرورة الاسـتفادة مـن مـستجدات العـصر ومـستحدثات تكنولوجيـا المعلومـات لتـوفير مـصادر تعلـيم جديدة من خلال مشاركة مجتمعية فعالة.
Abstract
Education is considered the main engine for the renaissance of any nation and society, in a world facing unacceptable levels of inequality, as education is the real gateway to entering the era of knowledge-intensive production, and possessing a strategic vision to build a new and renewed human being, capable of communicating the positives of... Globalization and the Internet revolution.
This research paper reached several results, including that learning requires modern pedagogical methods, a flexible and stimulating evaluation system, and scrutiny of the conditions for entering the profession, as the teaching profession is considered one of the most prestigious and prestigious professions due to the importance that states and society attach to it. It is not surprising that the procedures for selecting teachers have been tightened. And the insistence on the necessity of having a set of conditions and specifications, the most important of which is familiarity with the child’s psychological worlds and love of the profession. Also, training must respond to the needs of teachers through the completion of training in private applied schools, and teachers’ participation in regular qualification courses for continuous training in order to renew their qualifications and develop them. Their professional capabilities, and the need to benefit from modern developments and information technology innovations to provide new educational sources through effective community participation.
