يتناول هذا المقال "العلاقة بين الدولة والمجتمع في فكر ماكس فيبر: المنظور الفيبري كمرجعية لاقتراب الدولة في المجتمع"؛ ومن خلاله يسعى الباحث إلى الاجابة على اشكالية تتمحور حول مدى مساهمة ماكس فيبر في تحليل العلاقة بين الدولة والمجتمع. ويهدف إلى تأصيل البحث في العلاقة بين الدولة والمجتمع في الفكر الاجتماعي والسياسي، حيث تم التوصل إلى أن المنظور الفيبري لتلك العلاقة يقوم على مفهوم الهيمنة وفق ثلاثة محددات: احتكار القوة، البيروقراطية، الشرعية. وقد شكّلت كتابات فيبر نقطة انطلاق لظهور اقتراب الدولة في المجتمع.
Abstract
the subject of this article is " The Relationship between the State and Society according to Max Weber: The Weberian Perspective as a Reference for the State in Society Approach ". the researcher seeks to answer the following problem: How did Max Weber contribute to the analysis of the relationship between the state and society? The topic aims to root the research in the relationship between the state and society in social and political thought. This article concluded that the Weberian perspective of this relationship is based on the concept of hegemony, according to the monopoly of power and violence, bureaucracy, and legitimacy. The writings of Max Weber constituted a starting point to reach the state-in-society approach
