عنوان المقالة:سيادة الدولة مقابل السيادة العالمية وآثارها على الأمن القومي للدول State sovereignty versus global sovereignty and its implications for the national security of states
تقوم هذه الدراسة على عرض أربعة محاور رئيسة؛ بمنهجية التحليل الموضوعي؛ مع الأخذ بالاعتبار التطور الخاص بوضعية السيادة الوطنية في ظل متغيرات شبكة العلاقات الدولية الراهنة، وأيضًا تأثير هذه المتغيرات في السيادة الوطنية داخليًا؛ حيث يتمثل إيضاحها في السيادة الوطنية، وأيضًا في نطاق السيادة والمتغيرات الدولية الراهنة، وكذلك في العلاقة فيما بين المجال المحفوظ لسيادة الدولة والمجال الدولي، وأخيرًا في السيادة الوطنية ورؤيتها المستقبلية، لهذا تأتي هذه الدراسة استكمالاً لدراسات سابقة؛ تناولت أزمة السيادة الوطنية ووضعها الجديد في ظل شبكة العلاقات الدولية الراهنة، وذلك من خلال البحث عن المضاعفات الخطيرة التي أفرزتها التطورات الدولية لمرحلة ما بعد الحرب الباردة على مفهوم السيادة، فضلاً عن محاولة استشراف الآفاق المستقبلية للسيادة الوطنية في ظل تحديات ورهانات العولمة.
Abstract
This study presents four basic topics; The rooting methodology for the subject of the study; Taking into consideration the analysis of the status of national sovereignty in light of the variables in the current network of international relations, and also the impact of these variables on national sovereignty internally; Its clarification is represented in national sovereignty, as well as in the scope of sovereignty and current international changes, as well as in the relationship between the reserved sphere of state sovereignty and the international sphere, and finally in national sovereignty and its future vision. This is why this study comes as a continuation of previous studies. It dealt with the crisis of national sovereignty and its new status in light of the current network of international relations, by researching the serious complications that the international developments of the post-Cold War era have produced on the concept of sovereignty, as well as trying to anticipate future prospects for national sovereignty in light of the challenges and stakes of globalization.
