يعد التعليم الإلكتروني من الطرق الحديثة في التعليم الجامعي، ويهدف إلى استخدام التقنية الحديثة لإيصال المعلومة للمتعلم متجاوزين حدود الزمان والمكان ويعتمد نجاحه على الطريقة التي يتم بها تصميم البيئة التعليمية التكنولوجية ومدى مراعاة عناصرها الأساسية، وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على متطلبات نجاح التعليم الالكتروني لتحقيق جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على معايير جودة التعليم الالكتروني والتطرق الى مكونات نظام ادارة التعليم الالكتروني، والتركيز على أسس ومتطلبات نجاحه والتي أبرزنا فيها أهم الأسس و المتطلبات التي ينبغي توفرها في الطلاب والمعلمين و المحتوى العلمي للمادة الدراسية وفريق الدعم الإداري. وكذا عرض أهم الاستراتيجيات التي تساهم في ضمان نجاح التعليم الالكتروني ورفع مستوى مردودية وأداء التعليم الجامعي.
Abstract
E-learning is a modern way of university education, It aims to use modern technology to communicate the information to the learner beyond the limits of time and space, Its success depends on the way in which the technological educational environment is designed and its basic elements are taken into account.This study aims to identify the requirements of the success of e-learning to achieve the quality of higher education in Algeria, Through highlighting the quality standards of e-learning and addressing the components of the e-learning management system, and focusing on the foundations and requirements of its success, which we highlighted the most important foundations and requirements that should be met in the students and teachers and the scientific content of the subject and the administrative support team. It also presented the most important strategies that contribute to ensuring the success of e-learning and raise the level of productivity and performance of university education.
