هدفت الدراسة إلى تبين حكم الكفارة والهدف من مشروعيتها في شريعة الاسلام ، مع التعرَف على كيفية تحقيق الشعيرة الاسلامية عند ما يرتكب إحد المسلمين خطأً يستوجب الكفارة ، إضافةً الي التحديات التي تواجهه مجتمع المسلمين في تحيق تلك العبادة . حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج الاستقرائي لتحقيق أهداف تلك الدراسة ، ولذلك من خلال استخدام أداة الاستبيان التي تم تصميمها عبر نماذج قوقل في الفترة من (2022م-2023م) تكونت عينة الدراسة لعدد من جمهور التواصل الاجتماعي والمتواجدين علي شبكة المعلومات الدولية (الأنرتنت) الذين يمثلون مجتمع الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية . وبذالك توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك عدد من المسلمين الذين يمثلو مجتمع الدراسة يؤدون هذه العبادة وفق ما شرعت ، كما توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج والتوصيات وفقاً لأهداف الدراسة التي جاءت لتقيس مدي تحقيق تلك العبادة بين المجتمع المسلم عند ارتكاب الخطأ الذي يوجب الكفارة .

The study aimed to clarify the rule of expiation and the aim of its legitimacy in Islamic law, with identification of how to achieve the Islamic ritual when a Muslim commits a mistake that requires expiation, in addition to the challenges facing the Muslim community in achieving this act of worship. Where the study relied on the descriptive approach and the inductive approach to achieve the objectives of that study, and therefore through the use of the questionnaire tool that was designed through Google models in the period from (2022-2023 AD), the study sample consisted of a number of social media audiences who are on the Internet randomly representing the study population .Thus, the study found that there are a number of Muslims who represent the study community perform this worship according to what was prescribed.
