نُفــذت هذه التجربة في الظلة التابعة لقسم البستنة وهندسة الحدائق / كلية علوم الهندسة الزراعية / جامعة بغداد، لسنة 2019, صممت تجربة عاملية بعاملين وفق تصميم القطاعات الكاملة المعشاة (RCBD), اذ تضمن العامل الاول الري بمدتين (3 يوم و6 يوم) والعامل الثاني تضمن السماد العضوي بثلاثة تراكيز( 0 , 2.5, 5 مل لتر-1 ) بهدف معرفة تأثير إضافة السماد العضوي في تحمل هذه الشتلات المعرضة للاجهاد المائي, حيث تشمل 6 معاملات وبثلاث مكررات وبواقع شتلتين لكل وحدة التجريبية ويكون عدد الشتلات 36 شتلة ,بينت النتائج ان فترات الري لها تأثير معنوي فقد اعطت (فترة الري كل 3 يوم) زيادة معنوية في الوزن الجاف للمجموع الخضري والجذري. النسبة المئوية للوزن الجاف للمجموع الخضري الى الوزن الجاف للمجموع الجذري و المساحة الورقية الكلية (سم2 ) نسبة الكالسيوم في الاوراق, اما السماد العضوي فقد تفوقت معنويا في معظم الصفات المذكورة قياساَ بالمعاملة بدون اضافة.
Abstract
This experiment was carried out in a canopy belonging to the Department of
Horticulture and Landscape Engineering / College of Agricultural Engineering
Sciences / University of Baghdad in 2019. A two-factor factorial experiment was
designed according to randomized complete block design (RCBD). The first
factor included irrigation for two periods (3 days and 6 days), and the second
factor included organic fertilizer (Fulviegrow) with three concentrations (0, 2.5, 5
ml.L-1). Intending to know the effect of adding organic fertilizer on the
endurance of these transplants exposed to water stress, It includes 6 treatments,
three replications, and two transplants for each experimental unit. The number of
transplants is 36. The results showed that the irrigation periods had a significant
effect, as it gave (the irrigation period every 3 days) a significant increase in
shoot and root dry weight, percentage of vegetative mass dry weight to root
system dry weight, leaves area (cm2), leaves calcium content, As for the organic
fertilizer, it was significantly superior in most of the mentioned characteristics
compared to control treatment.
