Abstract: نبحث عن الدور الذي يمكن للمجتمع المدني أن يقوم به في تسيير و ترقية المرفق المحلي و صناعة القرار الإداري و مراقبته من خلال آلية الحق في الإعلام، كما نبحث عن مدى نجاعة هذه الآلية في تحقيق تنمية محلية راشدة.
Abstract: Our study aimes studying the a role that civil society can play in the conduct and upgrade the local and administrative affairs as well as in the decision-making and the control through the mechanism of the right in the media, the paper also deals with the extent of the efficiency of this mechanism in achieving a succesful local development.
