تهدف الدراسة لتنمية التعاطف (Empathy) لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية في السعودية، وهو شعور حقيقي بمعاناة الآخر، وليس مجرد التعاطف (Sympathy) السطحي. كما تهدف لتعديل الاتجاهات السلبية للتلاميذ العاديين نحو ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. شملت الدراسة عينة استطلاعية (١٥٠ تلميذًا) وعينة تجريبية (٥٠ تلميذًا) ممن لديهم اتجاهات سلبية. استخدمت الدراسة مقياسًا للتعاطف والاتجاهات نحو ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وبطاقة ملاحظة للمعلمين والأخصائيين، وبرنامجًا قائمًا على السيكودراما والنمذجة لتنمية التعاطف وتعديل الاتجاهات، بمشاركة الباحث والمعلمين والأخصائيين.
Abstract
The study aims to develop empathy among primary school students in Saudi Arabia, which is a real feeling of the suffering of others, not just superficial sympathy. It also aims to modify the negative attitudes of regular students towards those with special needs. The study included a survey sample (150 students) and an experimental sample (50 students) who had negative attitudes. The study used a scale for empathy and attitudes towards those with special needs, an observation card for teachers and specialists, and a program based on psychodrama and modeling to develop empathy and modify attitudes, with the participation of the researcher, teachers, and specialists.
