تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد الضغوط التي يشعر بها طلاب التربية الخاصة خلال التدريب الميداني وتأثيرها على رضاهم المهني. شملت الدراسة ٥٨ طالبًا وطالبة من جامعة الملك فيصل في مختلف مسارات التربية الخاصة. استخدمت الدراسة استبيانين لقياس الضغوط والرضا المهني، مع دراسة تأثير الجنس ونوع الإعاقة. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة عكسية بين الضغوط المدركة والرضا المهني، دون فروق بين الجنس أو التخصص. أخيرًا، أمكن التنبؤ بالرضا المهني من خلال مستوى الضغوط خلال التدريب
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the pressures felt by special education students during field training and its impact on their job satisfaction. The study included 58 male and female students from King Faisal University in various special education tracks. The study used two questionnaires to measure pressures and job satisfaction, while studying the effect of gender and type of disability. The results showed an inverse relationship between perceived pressures and job satisfaction, with no differences between gender or specialization. Finally, job satisfaction could be predicted by the level of pressures during training
