Abstract
هدفت الدراسة لتقييم فعالية دبلوم التربية الخاصة بجامعة قطر في تحقيق الكفايات المهنية لخريجيه (معلمي الدعم، المنسقين، الأخصائيين النفسيين). شملت العينة ٢٤ خريجًا من مدارس قطر المستقلة (٢٠١٠-٢٠١٦). استخدم المنهج الوصفي واستبانة لتقييم فعالية البرنامج. أظهرت النتائج تقييمًا مرتفعًا للبرنامج ومساهمته في تحقيق الكفايات. وُجدت فروق دالة لصالح الذكور، ومعلمي الإعدادية/الثانوية، ومنسقي/معلمي الدعم، والخريجين بتقدير A، وذوي الخبرة الأعلى.
Abstract
The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the Special Education Diploma at Qatar University in achieving the professional competencies of its graduates (support teachers, coordinators, psychologists). The sample included 24 graduates from Qatar Independent Schools (2010-2016). The descriptive approach and a questionnaire were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. The results showed a high evaluation of the program and its contribution to achieving the competencies. Significant differences were found in favor of males, middle/high school teachers, support coordinators/teachers, graduates with a grade of A, and those with higher experience.
