هدفت الدراسة لتطوير مقياس إدمان المواقع الطبية (AMWS) وتقييم موثوقيته وصلاحيته. شملت الدراسة ٢٢٠ طالبًا جامعيًا. باستخدام تحليل العوامل الاستكشافي والتأكيدي، تم تحديد ثلاثة مجالات: الاستقلال/الانشغال/الهوس، والمشاعر السلبية/التأثيرات الاجتماعية، والاستخدام المفرط. أظهر المقياس موثوقية عالية (ألفا كرونباخ 0.866-0.959) وصلاحية مقبولة (AVE و HTMT > 0.90). يُعدّ المقياس أداة واعدة للبحث المستقبلي. Abstract
The aim of the study was to develop the Addiction to Medical Websites Scale (AMWS) and evaluate its reliability and validity. The study included 220 undergraduate students. Using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, three domains were identified: independence/preoccupation/obsession, negative emotions/social influences, and excessive use. The scale showed high reliability (Cronbach's alpha 0.866-0.959) and acceptable validity (AVE and HTMT > 0.90). The scale is a promising tool for future research. (399 letters)
