هناك الكثير من الباحثين تناولوا موضوع المكتبات وتأثرها بجائحة كورونا خاصة المكتبات الجامعية والعمومية ولكن العديد منهم غفل عن دور مكتبات الأطفال في هذا الوباء خاصة مع هذا الظرف الصعب الذي يعيشه العالم وتعيشه الجزائر في ظل غلق مكتبات الأطفال من اجل الوقاية من انتشار الفيروس، لذلك يجب التفكير في متنفس تعليمي وتربوي حتى يبقي الطفل مرتبط بالقراءة والمطالعة والتعلم، وعليه سوف نحاول من خلال هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على دور مكتبات الأطفال وسبل نجاحها في ظل الأوبئة والأزمات التي يمر بها العالم والتحديات التي تواجه الجزائر للنهوض والارتقاء بمكتبات الأطفال حتى تؤدي دورها وتحقق أهدافها
Abstract
Researchers raised profound question of the impact of Covid19 on libraries, especially university and public libraries, with particular emphasize to the role of children’s libraries during the pandemic, especially the world’s restrictions to cease the spread of the pandemic highlighting the restrictions and regulations that have taken place in Algeria on the use of children’s libraries. It is crucial to think of ways to keep pace with reading among children which is at the heart of learning. This paper aims at shedding some light on the vital role of children’s libraries, its success and building creativity among children during this pandemic and challenges facing Algeria and to highlight the significant role of libraries as gateway to knowledge which is central of creative and innovative society.
