هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير أبعاد القيادة التحويلية في الابداع الإداري في وزارة الداخلية الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر موظفيها، اتبع المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي بتطبيق استبانة على عينة بلغ حجمها (182) موظف، فبَعدَ جمع البيانات وتحليلها أظهرت النتائج وجود مؤشرات على توافر أبعاد القيادة التحويلية وعلى ابعاد الابداع الاداري، وتبين وجود تأثير لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية في الابداع الاداري لدى الموظفين، وأوصى الباحث بضرورة أن تدرك وزارة الداخلية الفلسطينية أهمية القيادة التحويلية لما لها اثر في تنمية الابداع الاداري لدى الموظفين، والسعي نحو توظيفها لتحقيق التميز في العمل الاداري

The study aimed at determining the impact of transformational leadership dimensions on innovaton among employees of the Interior Ministry in West Bank. The descriptive approach was followed by applying a questionnaire on a sample of (182) employees. After data collection and analysis, results indicate the availability of transformational leadership and innovaton in the Interior Ministry in West Bank, showed the impact of transformational leadership in innovation in Interior Ministry. The researcher recommended that the Interior Department recognize the importance of transformational leadership as a prime source of creativity, striving towards employment to achieve consistent and continuing creativity in Ministry.
