هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم التحديات التي تواجه الإبداع والتجديد من وجهة نظر القيادات التربوية. عرضت مفهوم الإبداع. تطرقت إلى القيادة الإبداعية. أشارت إلى عناصر القيادة وهي (القائد، جماعة العمل، الموقف). ركزت على خصائص القيادة الإبداعية ومنها أنها تشاركية وتعاونية. أشارت إلى مهارات القائد المبدع وهي مهارات (العمل الجماعي، قيادة الآخرين، التفاوض)، الفرق بين الإداري والقائد. تطرقت إلى (مقومات القيادة الإبداعية، مقومات تتعلق بالمرؤوسين). أشارت إلى خصائص القيادة الإبداعية. اشتملت على تحديات الإبداع. واختتمت الدراسة بالتأكيد على ضرورة تحسين دور الإدارة التعليمية وبذل جهد كبير جدًا لوضع الشروط المطلوبة وخلق البيئة الملائمة لإيجاد قيادات وإدارات فاعلة تسعى إلى الإبداع.

The study aimed to present the challenges facing creativity and innovation from the point of view of educational leaders. Introduced the concept of creativity. I touched on creative leadership. She referred to the elements of leadership, which are (the leader, the work group, and the situation). It focused on the characteristics of creative leadership, including that it is participatory and collaborative. She referred to the skills of the creative leader, which are the skills of (teamwork, leading others, negotiation), the difference between the manager and the leader. It touched on (elements of creative leadership, elements related to subordinates). She indicated the characteristics of creative leadership. Including creativity challenges. The study concluded by emphasizing the need to improve the role of the educational administration and to make a very great effort to set the required conditions and create the appropriate environment to find effective leaders and administrations seeking creativity.
