هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الآليات اللازمة لتفعيل دور القطاع الخاص في الاقتصاد الجزائري، باعتبار هذا الأخير اقتصاد يتسم بالريعية ويعتمد أساساً على الإيرادات النفطية في ظل عدم فاعلية مجمل قطاعات الاقتصاد الوطني، ولعل أبرزها القطاع الخاص الذي مازال مهمشاً رغم الإصلاحات التنظيمية والقانونية التي قامت بها الحكومة الجزائرية في سبيل الرفع من أدائه وزيادة مساهمته في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية اعتمد الباحثون على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتبار الأنسب للإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة من خلال تحليل البيانات الخاصة بالقطاع الخاص في الجزائر استناداً إلى النشرات الإحصائية والتقارير والمقالات العلمية بما يحقق أهداف الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن الاقتصاد الجزائري لازال يعاني من جملة من الإشكالات أبرزها ريعية الاقتصاد وارتفاع معدلات البطالة والفساد وهذا ما عرقل مسيرة التنمية في البلاد، وأن القطاع الخاص لم يأخذ مكانته بعد كرافد لتحقيق التنمية نتيجة عدم تفعيل الآليات اللازمة التي تجعل منه مساهما حقيقيا في خلق النمو الاقتصادي السريع والمستدام. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على تشكيل لجان متخصصة في تأهيل القطاع الخاص وفقا للأسس العلمية و العالمية من أجل تعزيز إسهاماته في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية الطموحة في البلاد خاصة في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية الصعبة التي يعاني منها الاقتصاد الجزائري نتيجة الأزمات المالية والاقتصادية.

The following study aims to shed light on the mechanisms necessary to activate the role of the private sector in the Algerian economy. This is given that the latter is a rentier economy that depends mainly on oil revenues in light of the ineffectiveness of the national economy’s sectors. Perhaps the most prominent of them is the private sector, which is still marginalized despite the regulatory and legal reforms undertaken by the Algerian government in order to raise its performance and increase its contribution to achieving economic development. The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical method as the most appropriate to answer the study problematic. This is through analyzing the data of the private sector in Algeria based on statistical publications, reports and scientific articles in order to achieve the objectives of the study. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the Algerian economy still suffers from a number of problems. Most notably, the rentier economy, high unemployment and corruption rates, which impeded the country's development process. In addition, the private sector has not yet taken its place as a tributary to achieving development as a result of not activating the necessary mechanisms that make it a real contributor to creating rapid and sustainable economic growth. The study recommends the need to work on forming committees specialized in rehabilitating the private sector according to scientific and global foundations. This is in order to enhance its contributions to achieving ambitious economic development in the country, especially in light of the difficult economic conditions that the Algerian economy suffers from as a result of the financial and economic crises
