يعد موضوع مقاصد القرآن، ودورها في إدارة الاختلاف وتدبيره؛ من أهم المواضع الجديرة بالاهتمام، والبحث والدراسة؛ لما لها من تحقيق لروح الإسلام وخصائصه، وتصحيح للتصور نحو الآخر بصفة عامة، والآخر المخالف بصفة خاصه، وهو موضوع يثير إشكالات كثيرة منها، إدراك المقاصد القرآنية المتعلقة بالتعامل مع المخالف، وتفعيلها في الواقع، وبيان دورها في إدارة الاختلاف الذي يعد أصلاً أصيلاً في الناس، ثم معالجة إشكالات التصور نحو الآخر، والنظرة تجاهه، وما يترتب على ذلك من واجب البيان والتصحيح، وتظهر أهمية هذه الدراسة من حيث موضوعها، وكونها تلبي الحاجة إلى تجديد الوعي الديني والفقهي، وتجديد الفهم للقرآن الكريم، وربط المؤمنين به، من خلال تبصر معانيه، ودلالات أحكامه، وإدراك مقاصده وخاصة ما يتعلق بإدارة الاختلاف، وهو ما يمكن جعله من أهداف الدراسة الرئيسة، ومن أسباب اختيارها.
واقتضت طبيعة الدراسة اعتماد المنهج الاستقرائي، والاستنباطي، والمنهج التحليلي، ويتوخى من هذه الدراسة تحقيق أهداف كثيرة منها، تأكيد الحاجة إلى معرفة مقاصد القرآن المعلقة بالتعامل مع المخالف، ودورها في إدارة الاختلاف، والقواعد التي تضمن تحقيقها.

The subject of the purposes of the Qur’an in dealing with the violator, and its role in managing differences, one of the most interesting topics, research and study, because it fulfills the spirit of Islam and its characteristics, and a correction of perception towards the other in general, and the contrary in particular, it is a topic that raises many problems, including the realization of the Qur’anic purposes related to dealing with the violator, and activating it in reality, and explaining its role in managing the difference, which is an inherent asset in people, then addressing the problem of perception towards the other, the view towards him, and the consequent duty of clarification and correction, the importance of this study appears in terms of its subject matter, as it meets the need to renew religious and jurisprudential awareness. And renewing the understanding of the Holy Quran, and linking believers to it, through insight into its meanings, the connotations of its rulings, and the realization of its purposes, especially with regard to dealing with the violator, and managing difference, which can be made one of the main objectives of the study, among the reasons for choosing it, and the nature of the study necessitated the adoption of the inductive, deductive, and analytical method, this study aims to achieve many goals, including emphasizing the need to know the purposes of the Qur’an related to dealing with the violator, and its role in managing the difference, and the rules that ensure its achievement
