The study aims at identifying the extent of social responsibility in small projects and
evaluating the practice of social responsibility in terms of its dimensions (economic
responsibility, moral responsibility, legal responsibility, human responsibility). The researcher
followed the analytical descriptive method of collecting, analyzing and interpreting data, The
research of small projects the project targeted (140) managers their deputies, the results of the
study led to the following:
1. The results of the study confirmed that there was a practice of social responsibility through
its four dimensions (economic responsibility, moral responsibility, legal responsibility, human
responsibility) to a large degree and with an average of 3.75.
2. The results of the study confirmed that there was an exercise of the economic responsibility
of managers in small projects to a large extent, where the mean (3.71).
3. The study found that there was a practice of legal responsibility for managers in small
projects with a medium degree and an average of 3.37.
4. The results showed that there was a practice of human responsibility for managers in small
projects, with an average of 3.90.
5. The results showed that there was a practice of ethical responsibility for managers in small
projects, with an average of 4.05.
6. There are no statistically significant differences between the dimensions of social
responsibility of managers in small projects due to the demographic variables represented by
(age, duration of experience).
7. There are statistically significant differences in the practice of social responsibility among
managers in small projects due to variable (gender, educational level).
