- Abstract_ The control strategy for wind turbine speed is very important an equipage that divertsthe kinetic energy of the wind to electrical power. The rotation speed control of wind turbine isnecessary for highest degree energy capture and pitch angle advanced control planningdepending on fuzzy logic is recommended. Fuzzy logic controller (FLC) input variables areselected to give smooth control with pitch angle which in turns will adjust turbine speed atreference speed level. A very small adaptation in pitch angle has influence on the ancestry ofobtainable energy, torque and output power of the grid. A modeling of self-excitation inductiongenerator (SEIG) 1KW wind turbine is achieved by Matlab/Simulink package and all modelingequations are studied. The effect of pitch angle the wind turbine speed is studied.
