Testing four concentrations of salicylic acid, (zero, 300, 400 and 500 ppm) with three periods of immersion to induce resistant to fusarium wilt of lentils caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.lentis (Fol) results showed decrease in the disease incidence and severity with increasing concentrations, with conc. 500 ppm gave higher reduction in the rate and severity of infection and reached 20.34 and 28.13%, and 0.052 and 0.083 for the two readings, respectively, as compared with 52.88 and 65.12%, and 0.250 and 0.570 for the control treatment of comparison and given the focus the same higher rate of increase of plant height and was 8.39 cm compared to 3.17 cm for the control treatment and led to increased seed weight by 38%, and the results show the impact of periods of immersion in the percent infection and degree of severity decreased with increasing periods of immersion, where was the best period of immersion at 60 minutes which led to reduce the proportion and intensity of infection to 21.58% and 0.085 and 0.182 and 28.57% of the two readings, respectively
