الملخص الانجليزي: Abstract. Motivating by 􀝍-analogue theory, we define here 􀝍-analogue of Ruscheweyh differential operator. Also, we introduce a new subclass of uniformly starlike functions with negative coefficients and obtain the coefficient bounds, distotion theorem for functions belonging to this class
