تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي تسليط الضوء على قضية حساسة ضمن قضايا الأمن الغذائي وهي قضية توفير الغذاء المنتج محليا لمرضى حساسية المعدة؛ وذلك من خلال دراسة مدى ملائمة الظروف الطبيعية المتاحة في بلدية زليتن لزراعة محاصيل ملائمة لهؤلاء المرضى، والمتمثلة في محصولي الذرة والشوفان، وما مدى إمكانية نجاح إنشاء صناعات غذائية محلية قائمة على هذه الحبوب.
وأعُتمد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الإقليمي والمنهج الوثائقي والمنهج الإحصائي .
توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: إن مرضى حساسية المعدة يعانون من صعوبة الحصول على الغذاء المخصص لهم لعدم إنتاجه وصناعته محليا من ناحية وعدم استمرارية توفيره مجانا من ناحية ثانية، وارتفاع أسعاره في الأسواق المحلية من ناحية ثالثة, وأن الظروف الطبيعية للبلدية ملائمة إلى حد بعيد لزراعة محاصيل ملائمة لإنتاج غذاء مرضى حساسية المعدة متمثلة في الدرجة الأولى محصول الذرة، ثم محصول الشوفان, إضافة إلى إمكانية إنشاء صناعات غذائية محليا قائمة على الحبوب المزروعة محليا، نظرا لما تشهده البلدية من نهضة وتنمية في مجال الصناعات الغذائية بقيادة القطاع الخاص.

Abstract:
The present study aims to shed light on a sensitive issue within the issues of food security, which is the issue of providing locally produced food for patients with stomach-allergy; This is done by investigating the suitability of the available natural conditions in the municipality of Zliten to grow crops suitable for those patients, which are corn and oats, and the extent to which the success of establishing local food industries based on these grains is possible. The study adopted the regional approach, the documentary approach, and the statistical approach. The results revealed that patients with stomach-allergy suffer from the difficulty of obtaining the food allocated to them because it is not produced and manufactured locally, on the one hand, and the lack of continuity in providing it for free, on the other hand, in addition to the high prices in the local markets. The findings of the study also showed that the natural conditions of the municipality of Zliten are very appropriate for cultivating crops suitable for food production for patients with stomach-allergy, represented firstly by the corn crop and then the oat crop. Additionally, the possibility of establishing local food industries based on locally grown grains, given the renaissance and development that the municipality of Zliten is witnessing in the food industries led by private sector
