The importance of using information technology in human resources is numerous, and we mention them:
1- Strengthening and improving management: The use of information technology for human resources would complement the administrative process, enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and technology has a major role in the success of the organization or institution, as many important tools have been developed that were used in this field, and simply work on managing The talents that lead organizations around the world to improve the organizational performance of the organization regardless of its size. Through these tools, managers within the organization measure performance, and it is compared to the basic criterion, then their findings are analyzed and evaluated with the design of controls according to those results in order to improve performance and productivity.
