العوامل المؤثر على اتجاهات اساتذة الجامعات السودانية في توظيف الفصول الإفتراضية في عملية التدريس
Factors affecting the attitudes of Sudanese universities professors in utilize the virtual classrooms in the teaching process.

مستخلص : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة على اتجاهات اساتذة الجامعات السودانية في توظيف الفصول الإفتراضية في عملية التدريس، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 43 استاذ واستاذة من ثلاثة جامعات (جامعة الزعيم الزهري، جامعة الخرطوم، جامعة السودان المفتوحة) وتم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، وأعدت الباحثة مقياساً لقياس اتجاهات اساتذة الجامعة نحو توظيف الفصول الإفتراضية في عملية التدريس ، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي،وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هنالك اتجاهات ايجابية نحو توظيف الفصول الإفتراضية في عملية التدريس، وأن اتجاهات الاساتذة ذوي التخصص التقني الايجابية أكبر من استجابات الاساتذة ذوي التخصص في العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية نحو توظيف الفصول الإفتراضية في عملية التدريس، بينما تساوت تقريبا اتجاهات الاستجابات الإيجابية لاساتذة حاملى درجة الماجستير وحاملي درجة الدكتوراة، وأن اتجاهات استجابات الاساتذة في الجامعة التي تعمل وفقاً لنظام التعليم عن بعد نحو توظيف الفصول الإفتراضية أكثر ايجابية من اتجاهات استجابات الاساتذة في الجامعات التقليدية ذات التعليم المباشر وهذا وفقاً لنوع النظام التعليمي، كما اظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في اتجاهات الاستجابات بين أفراد العينة نحو استخدام الفصول الإفتراضية تعزى إلى عامل العمر ويتضح من ذلك أن أهم العوامل التي تؤثر في توظيف الفصول الإفتراضية في العملية التعليمية هى نوع التخصص و النظام التعليمي الذى تتبعه ، وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة توصي الباحثة بضرورة تدريب الاساتذة على المهارات المتقدمة في استخدام الفصول الإفتراضية ، توفير الإمكانات المادية والفنية لأنتاج المواد التعليمية المناسبة للفصول الإفتراضية في الجامعات ،تخصيص مكتبات الالكترونية ومنصات مستقلة بالجامعات المقيمة لتقديم المواد التعليمية من خلالها وفقاً لمنهج تكاملي متعدد الوسائط.
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the factors affecting the attitudes of Sudanese university professors in utilizing virtual classes in the teaching process. The study sample consisted of 43 professors from three universities (Al-Zaeem Al-Zuhri University, Khartoum University, Sudan Open University) and these universities have been chosen randomly. The researcher prepared a tabulate to measure university professors ’attitudes toward utilizing virtual classes in the teaching process, The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the results of the study showed that there are positive trends and attitudes towards utilizing virtual classes in the teaching process, and Professors of technical specialties their positive attitudes were more than the responses of the humanities and social sciences professors towards utilizing virtual classes in the teaching process, while the positive attitudes responses for masters degrees holders and PhD holders were almost equal, and the attitudes of the professors who are working with universities that run work through distance education was more positive than the attitudes of the professors who are working with universities that run work through regular or traditional way of education and this is depends to the model of the educational system, The results also showed that there are no variations in the attitudes responses between the sample members towards the use of the virtual classes due to the age element , and it is obvious that the most important factors that affect the utilization of the virtual classes in the educational process is the type of specialization, the model of educational system the university apply has clear impact , and according to the findings of the is study the researcher recommends that, the teachers should have advanced capacity building training to raise their skills in virtual classrooms utilization, providing technical and logistical support to produce educational materials appropriate for virtual classes in universities, allocating electronic libraries, and independent media platforms in the existing universities to provide educational materials , according to integrative educational process .
