تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الرضا عن التكوين الأولي لدى المتكونين بمركز الوطني لتكوين موظفين المختصين فرع ولاية سعيدة بحيث تهدف إلى الكشف عن مستوى الرضا عن التكوين الاولي ككل بالإضافة الى معرفة مستوى الرضا عن المكون و الخدمات المدرسية و الجانب البيداغوجي للتكوين الاولي كما نطمح الى كشف الفروقات في مستوى الرضا عن التكوين تعزى الى المتغيرات الجنس و التخصص الوظيفي و المستوى التكويني وذلك على عينة متكونة من 50 متكون ومتكونة موزعين على ثلاث مستويات وثلاث تخصصات حيث خلصت النتائج الى : - وجود مستوى منخفض من الرضا عن التكوين الأولي لدى المتكونين أفراد عينة الدراسة - لا يوجد فرق بين الذكور والإناث في مستوى الرضا عن التكوين الأولي . - لا يوجد فروق في مستوى الرضا عن البعدين ( الخدمات المدرسية و الجانب البيداغوجي ) تعزى إلى متغير التخصص الوظيفي - لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الرضا عن التكوين الأولي تعزى إلى متغير المستوى الدراسي الكلمات المفتاحية : التكوين – الرضا – التكوين الاولي

This study aims to reveal the level of satisfaction in the initial composition of the constituents, at the National Center for the formation of specialized staff, section of Saida's department. In which, it aims to detect the level of satisfaction in the initial composition as a whole. In addition to knowing the level of satisfaction with the former and the school services, and the pedagogical aspect of the initial formation. As we aspire to detect the differences in the level of satisfaction with the formation, attributed to gender variables, functional specialization and formative level. On a sample of 50 formatives ( male and female) divided into three(03) levels and three(03) specialties, the results were as follows: -There is a low level of satisfaction with the initial composition of the participants in the study. -There is no difference between males and females in the level of satisfaction of the initial formation. -There are no differences in the level of satisfaction with the dimensions( school's services and pedagogical aspect) due to the variable functional specialization. -There are no statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction with the initial formation due to the variable level of study
