التعليم عن بعد ومواجهة التحديات إبان جائحة كورونا

الملخص: هدف البحث إلى إبراز مدى حاجة الدول العربية بشكل عام إلى التعليم عن بعد أثناء الجائحة العالمية كورونا، وضرورة مسايرة التطورات الحديثة في نظم التعليم والتعلم عن بعد، وما واجهته بعض هذه الدول من تحديات وصعوبات وذلك من خلال الاستفادة من دراسات وبحوث ميدانية سابقة لها وزنها ومكانتها في ميدان المجلات المحكمة أجرتها مؤسسات علمية، وباحثون ذووا خبرات علمية.
وتوصل الباحث إلى وجود عوائق كثيرة وتحديات جمة - فُصِّلت في النتائج - واجهتها بعض الدول العربية، وِمن ثم أوصى البحث بضرورة الاستعداد الكامل، وتوفير البنية التحتية الملائمة للطلاب والمعلمين لضمان نجاح التعليم عن بعد، وتَبَنِّيهِ جنبًا إلى جنب مع التعليم التقليدي، لحاجة المجتمع للنوعين من التعليم، سعيًا إلى الاستغناء عن التعليم التقليدي في المستقبل المنظور.

Summary:
The research aimed to highlight the extent to which Arab countries in general need distance education during the global pandemic Corona, and the need to keep pace with recent developments in education and learning systems, and the challenges and difficulties faced by some of these countries, by benefiting from previous field studies and research that have their weight and stature in the field of refereed journals conducted by scientific institutions and researchers with scientific expertise.
The researcher concluded that there are many obstacles and many challenges - detailed in the results - that some Arab countries faced. And the research recommended the necessity of full preparation and provision of appropriate infrastructure for students and teachers to ensure the success of distance education, and its adoption alongside traditional education, due to the society's need for the two types of education. Seeking to dispense with traditional education in the foreseeable future.
