وتقوم فكرة كناب المؤتمر على إتاحة الفرصة للباحثين من مختلف الدول حول العالم لتقديم بحوثهم من زوايا متنوعة حتى نتمكن من فهم أعمق لواقع المسلمين في بلدان المهجر لكي نساعدهم في فهم الأطر السليمة التي تحافظ على هويتهم من جهة وتساعدهم على الاندماج الواعي من جهة أخرى. وبالتالي فالمؤتمر يمنح فرصة للباحثين وممثلي الجهات والهيئات لتبادل الأفكار والخبرات بهذا الخصوص. وتدور فكرة المؤتمر الحالي على موضوع النوزال التي يعرفها العلماء على أنها الحادثة المستجدة التي تتطلب فهما صحيحا ينسجم مع الثوابت ولا يغفل المستجدات بحيث تراعى الملابسات التي تحيط بالفعل والحال الحاضرة والنازلة المتعينة ويجعلونها مناط التفريع. والنظر الصحيح في النوزال يظهر سلامة التفكير وصحة المقصد.

This involves considering the surrounding circumstances, the present conditions, and the specific nature of each case, making them the basis for legal reasoning. A proper approach to nawazil reflects sound thinking and a correct intent.
