هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم مشكلات تطبيق التربية العملية من وجهة نظر الطلاب بكلية التربية بالجامعة الاسمرية بدولة ليبيا، ومعرفة ما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة (الطالب المعلم) فيما يخص للمشكلات التي تواجه طلبة التربية العملية في أثناء التدريب الميداني تعزى لمتغير التخصص، (علوم إنسانية، علوم تطبيقية). وطبقت الدراسة على كامل مجتمع الدراسة وهم جميع الطلبة المنخرطين ببرنامج التربية العملية، والبالغ عددهم (40) طالب، هم كالتالي: (25) طالب بأقسام تتبع العلوم الإنسانية، (15) طالب بأقسام تتبع العلوم التطبيقية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، طبقة استبانة من إعداد الشهوبي وارحيم (2016م)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
أولاً: جميع المشكلات المتعلقة بتطبيق التربية العملية جاءت بمستوى متوسط الأهمية، ويمكن ترتيبها تنازلياً من حيث الأهمية على النحو التالي:
1. مشكلات تتعلق بالمشرف
2. مشكلات تتعلق بإدارة التربية العملية
3. المشكلات تتعلق بالطالب المعلم
4. مشكلات تتعلق بمعلم المادة
5. مشكلات تتعلق بالإدارة المدرسية.
ثانياً: عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة بخصوص المشكلات التي تواجه طلبة التربية عمليا تعزي لمتغير التخصص (علوم تطبيقية - علوم إنسانية).

الملخص الانجليزي
The study aimed to identify the most important problems in the application of practical education from the point of view of students at the Faculty of Education at Al Asmarya University in the State of Libya, and to find out whether there are statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample (student teacher) with regard to the problems facing students of practical education during field training due to the variable of specialization, (humanities, applied sciences). The study was applied to the entire population of the study, and they are all the students involved in the practical education program, whose number is (40) students, and they are as follows: (25) students in the departments of humanities, (15) students in the departments of applied sciences.
The study reached the following results:
First: All the problems related to the application of practical education came at a medium level of importance, and they can be arranged in descending order of importance as follows:
1. Supervisor issues
2. Problems related to the management of practical education
3. The problems are related to the student teacher
4. Problems related to the subject teacher
5. Problems related to school administration.
Second: There are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample regarding the problems facing education students in practice due to the variable of specialization (applied sciences - humanities).
