My name is Estabraq Nashat Ezzat from Iraq. I completed my first degree in civil engineering (B.Sc.) from Al-Mustansiriya University. In 2001, I received (M.Sc.) from Al-Mustansiriya University also in civil engineering in the field of highway and transportation engineering. I have worked as a lecturer At Al-Mustansiriya University since 2001 up to date. I gave lectures in the following subjects: Structural Design of Highways, Pavement materials, Geometrical Design of Highways, Highways Engineering Programming, Traffic Engineering, and Highway environmental and Safety. I have four published research these entitled are: Improvement of Traffic Operation in Congested Signalized Intersections in Baghdad City, Improvement of Traffic Operation in Congested Intersections for the CBD of Baghdad , Development of Model to Predict the Stiffness of Asphaltic Concrete Layer, and Statistical Analysis of Time Headways on an Urban Arterial.
