Cover later Dr. Moreb recently founded a new framework and methodology specialized in software engineering for machine learning in health informatics named SEMLHI, It investigates the interaction between software engineering and machine learning within the context of health systems. Dr. Moreb published the proposed methodology as a novel framework on IEEE Access Journal with impact factor 4.06. The SEMLHI framework includes four modules (software, machine learning, machine learning algorithms, and health informatics data) that organize the tasks in the framework using a SEMLHI methodology, thereby enabling researchers and developers to analyze health informatics software from an engineering perspective and providing developers with a new road map for designing health applications with system functions and software implementations. Dr. Moreb joins the UCSI University Team (Istanbul/Turkey) in Dec 2018 as the Head of computer engineering department and develop the eLearning Management System, his experience due 16 years on age 38 reflect innovation and creatively idea for his jobs. in my CV I summarize most of my experience during the last 16 years some of the related experience for e-learning consultant as following: • Working on international projects on Istanbul/Turkey that connects with specializing professional relations around the world, and Given Short Training Courses specialize in IT security management for Government such as the Sultanate of Oman Ministry of Defense. • Working as system administrator from 2009, managing servers as hosting and system network administer, manage system threads, based on MCSE & CCNA. • Manage Cambridge Learning Management System for the unlock series from level 1 to level 4. • worked in many projects supported by word bank, USA, Erasmus, and Erasmus+ as a developer, training coordinator, consultant. • Establish the e-learning unite in Hebron university and give the training for more than 220 academic teachers in all facilities to using the eLearning system and work with them to design and develop a full e-learning course. • experience as an eLearning consultant and trainer for LIT Project, Microsoft trainer for MCAD, MCSD certificate. Developing more than 30 web site for al-Quds University (2004-2009), Hebron University (2009 – 2018) and consultant for many other organizations, development web site using PHP, asp.net, CMS Drupal, Joomla.
