نبذة مختصرة
OSAMA MOHAMMAD ABDEL HAMID ABU NAWWAS was born on July 19th, 1993 In Amman-Jordan. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Disaster and Crisis Management from Al-Balqa Applied University- Prince Al Hussain Bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection in 2015. He joined the Faculty of Medicine-Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UNISZA) in 2016 till 2018 and he holds a Master’s Degree in the field of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE). He has many local and international courses, workshops, certificates, training, and activities in the field of Occupational Safety and Health, Disaster Management, Human Resources, International First Aid, and Public Health. He also holds two Advance diplomas in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) -Industry & Construction from the International Association of Safety Professionals (NASP/IASP) and Vocational Training Corporation-Jordanian Ministry of Labor (VTC-OSHI). He obtained the NEBOSH Award level in health and safety at work (HSW) from The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH-UK) in 2014. He got OSH supervisor level from the International Labor Organization (ILO-ITC) in 2016. He has been trained by the General Directorate of Civil Defense in 2014 on the practices of rescue, evacuation, and displacement. Eight years of working experience in the field of OSH (QHSE Site Manager) in MAB facilities management and he still working on their company, and (QHSE Supervisor) in Jordan Sweden Medical & Sterilization Company (JOSWE). And Six months of working experience in the field of OSH as a lecturer in Al-Balqa Applied University- Prince Al Hussain Bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection, and three years of working experience in Hunter Community and Environment as a Head of Environment Committee and Founding Member and he still working on their company. Osama participated as a speaker and presenter in six conferences pursuing his master's degree in Kuala Terengganu, Kuala Lumpur, and Langkawi. He has won SHIELD and AWARD OF EXCELLENCE in Occupational Safety and Health for Individuals for the year 2020 at the (First) level in JORDAN from Social Security Corporation, Mar 2022. He has won three gold medals as best presenter award, one silver medal, and an entrepreneur researcher shield for his participation in these conferences. Author and co-author of (8) published scientific articles. In addition, he wrote and published a book titled: “Health Care and the Challenges of the Psychological Effects and Its Reflections, (An Analytical Study)-(For Concepts, Elements, Dimensions, Findings, and Recommendations)”. Finally, Osama is a member of six International and Local Associations.
