تتكون من مجموعة من العاملين، يعملون في الإدارة العمومية في ولاية تبسة. وقد استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، تكونت الاستبانة
من 73 فقرة تقيس ثلاث محا ور. وتم استخدام العديد من الوسائل الإحصائية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، كالمتوسط الحسابي، ومعامل الارتباط، ونمذجة
المعادلة الهيكلية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري القيادة الأخلاقية وابداع العاملين، كما هذا الأثر
المعنوي ينخفض في ظل وجود المتغير الوسيط.

The objective of this study is to test the impact between ethical leadership and employee creativity, in the presence of an intermediary variable between them (quality of life at work). The sample consisted of a group of workers working in the public administration of Tabessa State. The questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection and included 37 paragraphs of three axes. Numerous statistical methods were used to achieve the objectives of the study, such as arithmetic mean, correlation coefficient, and structural equation modeling. The study concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between the variables of moral leadership and employee creativity, and this moral effect decreases in the presence of the intermediate variable
