هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة مدى توفر نظام ضمان الجودة بجامعة ذمار من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس من خلال المكونات الرئيسة لهذا النظام , المتمثلة بالمدخلات ، والعمليات، والمخرجات , وقد حاول البحث الإجابة على الأسئلة الآتية :
- ما مدى توفر جودة مدخلات , وعمليات , ومخرجات نظام ضمان الجودة بجامعة ذمار من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ؟
- هل هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة (0,05) في تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة توفر الجودة في مكونات نظام ضمان الجودة بجامعة ذمار تعزى لمتغيرات الكلية، والدرجة العلمية، وسنوات الخبرة ؟
ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ، وتكوّن مجتمع البحث من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس اليمنيين بجامعة ذمار الذين يحملون الألقاب العلمية(أستاذ مساعد، أستاذ مشارك، أستاذ) , والبالغ عددهم ( 226 ) عضواً، استجاب منهم (180) عضواً فقط ، وباستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة أظهرت نتائج البحث أن درجة توافر نظام ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي بجامعة ذمار من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس قليلة جدا في المجالات الثلاثة (المدخلات ,العمليات ,المخرجات ) , وأنه يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغيرات الكلية , ولا يوجد فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية(a=0,05) تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية ، وسنوات الخبرة , وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات التي من شأنها توفير نظام ضمان الجود في الجامعة .

Abstract :
The aim of current research is to find out the extent of the availability of quality system and academic accreditation in Dhamar University from the perspective of teaching staff members through the key components of this system of inputs, processes and output. The research has tried to answer the following questions :
- What the extent of the availability of quality system and academic accreditation in Dhamar University from the perspective of teaching staff members.
-Is there statistically significantdifferences at the levelof significance (0.05) in the estimation of the respondents to the degree of quality in the quality of Dhamar University system components due to the variables of the college academic degree and years of experience, To achieve the aim of the research. The researcher used descriptive approach, and the research community from all teaching Yemeni faculty members at the University of Dhamar who hold scientific titles: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor, totaling 226 members, only 180 members responded to them, using the appropriate means. Research results showed that the degree of availability of quality and academic accreditation Dhamar University, from the point of view of little consideration of the faculty members in the three areas to ensure the system: (inputs, processes, outputs)andnostatistically significant differences(a = 0.05)dueto the variables ofthe college,the academic degree, years of experience, and in light of the results presented researcher number of recommendations and proposals that will provide quality assurance in the university system
