أحكام القرآن الكريم كثيرة، ولابد لها من تعليل، فلو كانت الأحكام غير معللة لكانت لهوا وعبثا، والله منزة عن ذلك عز وجل قال تعالى: { وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاءَ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا لَاعِبِينَ} الانبياء: 16 فقد أشار القرآن إلى مقاصد الشريعة الاسلامية بالعديد من الصيغ كالنص والتعليل، وباء السببية، وكل عالم وفقيه من البارزين تكلموا عن المقاصد ولا ريب أن لهم طرق ساروا عليها في كشفهم عن المقاصد.
فأهمية دراسة طرق الكشف عن المقاصد عند العلماء تُعد من أهم القضايا التي يجب بل ويلزم لمن أراد التفقه في الدين ومعرفة المقاصد وعللها أن يسير على نهجها حتى تكون عونا له في حياته العلمية والتعليمية، فالذي أوصل الحياة العلمية لحدة الخلاف والاختلاف هو عدم فهم المقصود، وعدم فهم المقصود يدل على عدم المعرفة التامة لطُرق الكشف عن المقاصد، فالعلماء ورثة الأنبياء وقد تنوعتْ طرقهم في الكشف عن المقاصد، فالبوطي من خلال اسقرائي في مؤلفاته، وجدتُ له طرق متنوعه سار عليها في كشفه عن المقاصد كالاستقراء، والعقل، والاقتداء بالصحابة، واللغة العربية، وله الكثير من الأمثلة والأحكام التطبيقية، الموضحة لهذه الطرق، وكيفية خدمتها للمقاصد وأحكام الشريعة، وسيسلك الباحث المنهج التطبيقي لاستخراج هذه الطرق وأمثلتها من مؤلفاته، مع اظهار وجه الاتفاق والاختلاف مع غيره من العلماء.

The rulings of the Holy Qur’an are many, and they must be explained. If the rulings were not justified, they would have been fun and in vain, and God is exalted from that. The Almighty said: {And we did not create the heaven and the earth, and what among them are not the players of the Qur’an: The Exalted One: 16 Like text and reasoning, the epidemic of causation, and every prominent scholar and jurist spoke of the purposes and there is no doubt that they have ways in which they walked in revealing the purposes.
The importance of studying ways to reveal the purposes of the scholars is considered one of the most important issues that must and should be required for those who wanted to agree on religion and know the purposes and their reasoning to follow their approach so that they can be of assistance to him in his scientific and educational life, so who brought the scientific life to the sharpness of difference and difference is not understanding the intended, and not Understanding what is meant indicates a complete lack of knowledge of the methods for revealing the purposes. The scholars are the heirs of the prophets and their methods have been varied in revealing the purposes. It has a lot of Examples and applied provisions, which are explained to these methods, and how they serve the purposes and provisions of Sharia, and the researcher will follow the applied approach to extract these methods and their examples from his works, while showing the face of agreement and disagreement with other scholars.
