تتناول الورقة الحالية أهمية الإستفادة من تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لحل مشكلات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة فئة الصم ، وتستعرض الورقة احتياجات ذوي الاعاقة السمعية ومنها أن يكون مقبولا من الاخرين ، تقديم المهارات الاساسية له بطريقة جيدة ومناسبة عن طريق استخدام الطرق والاستراتيجيات التي تجذبهم لموضوع الدرس وربطه بحياتهم ،التدريب على قراءة الشفاه وتدريب اللسان على النطق ،كما يحتاج ذوي الاعاقة السمعية الى التعزيز بشكل مستمر بأشكاله المختلفة وتقديم التغذية الراجعة ، التركيز على نوعية الخبرات التعليمية المقدمة لهم أكثر من التركيز على كمية المعلومات ، الرعاية والمساندة من جانب المعلم ، تنمية مهارات التواصل اللغوي التي تساعدهم على فهم المواد الدراسية وذلك من خلال التدريب السمعي للضعاف ، والتدريب على التواصل اليدوي ، زيادة الحصيلة اللغوية للتلاميذ المعاقين سمعياً قبل التحاقهم بالمدرسة ،تبيسط الموضوعات التي تقدم لهم ، وربطها بأمثلة من البيئة لتوضيحها وتبيسطها لهم لزيادة دافعيتهم للتعلم .
كما تتناول الورقة المهارات الحياتية اللازمة للتلاميذ المعاقين سمعياً مثل (مهارة التواصل اللغوي ، مهارة التواصل الاجتماعي ، المهارات الشخصية ، مهارات الدراسة والاستذكار الجيد
مهارة إدارة الوقت ، مهارة استخدام التكنولوجيا ، كما تتناول الورقة الحالية ، معالجات الذكاء الإصطناعي ، برامج التعليم الذكية التي يمكن توظيفها مع التلاميذ الصم ، ثم تقديم نظرة مستقبلية لتوظيف برامج التعليم الذكية باستخدام معالجات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية المهارات الحياتية للتلاميذ المعاقين سمعياً.

The Present paper express the importance to make benefits from AI Applications and Intelligent Tutoring Programs to solve the problems of the Students with Special Needs (the deaf) such as hearing disabilities, including being accepted by others, providing them with basic skills in a good and appropriate way by using the ways and strategies they attract to the lesson topic and linking it to their Training on reading lips and language training on pronunciation, and hearing impaired people need to be continuously enhanced in its various forms and provide feedback, focus on the quality of educational experiences provided to them more than on the amount of information, teacher care and support, development of language communication skills that help them understand their subjects through the auditory training of the weak, training in manual communication, increasing the linguistic outcome of disabled students before they attend school, simplifying the topics that provide them with their own guidance and examples of their creativity lives, The paper also deals with life skills needed for students with auditory disabilities such as (language communication skill, social communication skill, personal skills, study skills and good intelligence skill in time management, skill in using technology, The present paper also reviews AI , Artificial Intelligence(A.I), Intelligent Tutoring programs can be employed with the deaf, presenting A future Look for employing Intelligent Tutoring programs by using Artificial Intelligence applications for developing the life skills for the deaf.
