هدف البحث إلى معرفة درجة امتلاك مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة حجة لمهارات الاقتصاد
المعرفي )التفكير الابداعي، التعامل بفاعلية، حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار، تكنولوجيا المعلومات
والاتصالات( من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات، كما هدف إلى الكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية
بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد العينة ترجع لمتغيرات )النوع، التخصص، سنوات الخبرة( في تحديد امتلاكهم
لمهارات الاقتصاد المعرفي. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من ) 214 ( معلم ومعلمة، وتم تطبيق
الاستبانة كأداة، واستخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة مثل: المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحراف المعياري
وتحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار LSD . وبينت نتائج البحث أن أفراد عينة البحث يرون أن درجة امتلاك مهارات
الاقتصاد المعرفي لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة حجة من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات جاءت
في جميع المحاور على درجة كبيرة ماعدا محور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة،
وحصل المتوسط العام على درجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي ) 3.27 (، وانحراف معياري ) 671 .(.
كما أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات أفراد عينة البحث في جميع المحاور،
تعزى لمتغير النوع، ولصالح المعلمات، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع محاور الاستبانة لمتغير
التخصص، كما تبين وجود تباين بين أفراد العينة لدرجة امتلاك مهارات الاقتصاد المعرفي، فقد كان هناك
فروق تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة في جميع المحاور ما عدا محور مهارات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات فهي
غير دالة وكانت الفروق في محور مهارات التفكير الابداعي ومحور مهارات التفاعل بفاعلية ومحور مهارات حل
المشكلات واتخاذ القرار والدرجة الكلية بين جميع الفئات ولصالح فئة ) أقل من 5 سنوات(.
وتوصل البحث إلى عدة توصيات أهمها: ضرورة عقد دورات وورش تدريبية متخصصة لتنمية مهارات
تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية والعمل على تطويرها.

The aim of this research is to identify the degree to which principals have the
skills of knowledge economy (creativity thinking, dealing effectively, problem
solving and decision making، information and communication technology) among
secondary school principals from the teachers' point of view, It also aims to reveal
if there are differences among research sample responses of demographic variables
(gender, specialization, years of experience) in determining the availability of
knowledge economy skills.
The descriptive method is used. The research sample consists of (214) male and
female teachers. The questionnaire is applied as a tool.
The results of the research shows that the members of the research sample believe
that the degree of possessing the skills of knowledge economy among high school
principals in Hajjah governorate from the point of view of male and female
teachers come in all axes on a large scale except the ICT axis come at a medium
level. (3.27), and standard deviation (.671). The results also show that there are
statistically significant differences in the answers of the respondents in all the axes,
due to the type variable, and in favor of the Female, The absence of statistically
significant differences in all axes of the questionnaire for the specialization
variable, It is also find that there is a discrepancy among the sample to the extent of
possessing the skills of knowledge economy, There are differences attributed to the
variable years of experience in all axes except the ICT skills axis is not significant
and the differences in the axis of creative thinking skills and the axis of interaction
skills effectively and the problem of problem-solving and decision-making skills
and the total score between all categories and for the benefit of the category (less
than 5 years). The research reaches several recommendations, the most important
of which are: holding specialized training courses and workshops to develop the
information and communication technology skills among secondary school
