تشكل عملية تقويم الطلاب في التعليم العالي أحد الوسائل الهامة للتأكد من تحقيق المعايير الأكاديمية للبرنامج الدراسي الذي تقدمه المؤسسة كما أنها تحفز الطلاب على الدراسة والتعلم هذا إلى جانب أنها تستمد وسائل تقييم أداء الطلاب المستخدمة في توصيف المقررات من وثيقة توصيف البرنامج وتصنف طبقاً للمخرجات التعليمية المستهدفة بحيث تقابل كل مجموعة من تلك المخرجات بالوسيلة التي تناسبها ويهدف التقويم بوسائله المختلفة بالإضافة إلى منح الشهادة أو الدرجة العلمية وتحسين العملية التعليمية إلى التشخيص والعلاج لتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف (دليل الاعتماد وضمان الجودة – الإصدار الثالث، 2015) ومن خلال خبرات الباحثة في حضور لجان الاختيارات العملية وتقييم مستوى عزف آلة البيانو داخل الامتحانات بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة القاهرة لاحظت الباحثة اختلاف رؤية كل من أعضاء اللجنة وطريقة تقييم المهارات وتقييم المقطوعات والسلالم والمنهج المختلف ولا يوجد أسلوب موحد في التحكيم والتقييم لمختلف بنود المنهج ومن هنا جاءت فكرة اقتراح طريقة وأسلوب تقييم جديد ويتفق عليه كافة الأساتذة القائمين بالتدريس وذلك لضمان الشفافية والعدالة في وضع الدرجات ووضعها طبقاً للوزن النسبي للورقة الامتحانية الخاصة بالمواد العملية مثل مقرر آلة البيانو.
تناولت الباحثة بحثها في جزئين:
- الجزء الأول: الإطار النظري للبحث ويشتمل على:
الدراسات السابقة المرتبطة بموضوع البحث – المفاهيم المرتبطة بالبحث وأهمية التقويم في ضوء معايير جودة التعليم (الإصدار الثالث) – الوزن النسبي للورقة الامتحانية – أساليب التقويم والاختبارات العملية – مقياس الروبرك Rubric ومجالات ومعايير تقويم أداء الطلاب في التربية الموسيقية.
الجزء الثاني: الإطار التطبيقي ويشتمل على:
أسلوب مقترح لتقييم أداء محتوى مقررات آلة البيانو بكلية التربية النوعية في ضوء معايير جودة التعليم (الإصدار الثالث ) ثم نتائج البحث التي تتلخص في توضيح إمكانية استخدام استمارة التقييم في تقويم أداء الطلاب لمقرر آلة البيانو للامتحان النهائي استناداً إلى أساتذة مادة البيانو بكلية التربية النوعية بهدف تحقيق التقويم على أساسا لعدالة والشفافية واختتم البحث بالتوصيات ثم المراجع العربية والأجنبية والملخص باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

Student evaluation process in higher education is one of the important means to ensure the achievement of academic standards the school for the program that the institution provided they also stimulate the students to study and learn this as well as they derive their means of student performance assessment used in the description of courses of the program document characterization and classified according to the outputs of the educational target so corresponding to each of these outputs in the manner that fits aims Calendar different its means in addition to the granting of the certificate or degree and improve the educational process to the diagnosis and treatment to determine the strengths and weaknesses (dependence guide and quality assurance - third Edition, 2015). Through the experience of the researcher in the presence of Jean- practical choices and assess the level of playing piano in the examinations at the Faculty of Specific Education, Cairo University, noted researcher difference in seeing all of the members of the Committee and the method of skills assessment and evaluation of tracks and stairs and approach is different and there is no uniform method of arbitration and evaluation of the various curriculum items hence the the idea propose a method and a new way of evaluating and agreed upon by all the professors teaching staff so as to ensure transparency and fairness in grading and place them according to the relative weight of the paper exam for process materials such as rapporteur piano

Method proposed to evaluate the content of the decisions of the piano faculty of specific education performance in light of the quality of education standards ( third edition ), then the search results , which are summarized in clarifying the possibility of using the evaluation form in the evaluation of the performance of students with the decision of the piano for the final exam based on the professors material piano faculty of specific education in order to achieve Calendar on the basis of fairness , transparency and concluded research recommendations and Arab and foreign references and summary in Arabic and English
